Customer Feedback

We are committed to ensuring that the delivery of our service is effective and valued by our customers.  We are continually aiming to improve the delivery of our service to our customers.

IAB conducts a quarterly customer satisfaction survey in which customers are given the opportunity to provide feedback with regards to our service.  The feedback from the surveys is then published on our website,
